Medusa EFT vs Lite: shared features and differences

Lite also includes aiming

Medusa Lite includes Aimbot with bone selection, radius, maximum distance and role filters. Instant Hit is also listed. A full-with-Aimbot versus visual-only-Lite comparison would therefore be inaccurate.

Medusa EFT has its own expanded list. Compare specific differences rather than the Lite label. Locate essential functions on both pages and confirm their current availability with support.

Shared loot and quest tools

Both pages contain item filters, categories, value settings and container display controls. Quest Helper lists active quests, completed requirements, distance and hiding while scoped or in combat mode. Quest-related display is therefore not exclusive to the larger edition.

Compare selected items, font sizes, category colors and hover-only display rather than simply asking whether loot exists. A quest-item marker does not establish that every in-game hand-in condition has been met.

Where the larger edition differs

The Medusa EFT list additionally names Silent Melee, Auto-Loot Items and expanded movement and weapon functions, including Hover in Air, Rapid Fire and Instant Switch. Those entries are not stated in the reviewed Lite list.

These are differences between the descriptions at review time, not promises of availability after every game update. Lite already includes movement and weapon functions, so it is not purely informational. An edition name does not establish a particular safety level.

Interface and requirements

Both versions list configuration saving, loading, importing and exporting, light/dark themes, 100–150% DPI scaling and Russian, English and Chinese. These shared features matter if menu readability and profile transfer are priorities.

Both requirement lists specify Intel/AMD with AVX and Windows 10/11 in the stated 2004–23H2 range. Newer builds are not automatically compatible. Lite explicitly lists windowed and borderless modes; confirm display requirements for your chosen edition.

A practical comparison order

Open both pages from the Escape from Tarkov section and list essential functions, excluding those you do not intend to use. Then check system compatibility, game mode, status and subscription terms.

If Lite meets all confirmed needs, the Full label adds no usefulness by itself. If an essential entry appears only in the larger list, confirm it before paying. The cover is thematic artwork rather than the actual Medusa menu.
