Path of ExileTarkov quest loot: map markers and hand-in requirements
Start with the current task text
In Escape from Tarkov, seeing a marker, obtaining the required item and satisfying the quest are separate events. Additional steps may remain between them. Your active task description is the starting point for a specific objective.
Record the exact item name, quantity and stated conditions before a raid. Do not substitute an old note or a similar item from another task, especially when several objectives involve similar-looking objects.
What a quest helper displays
Medusa Lite and Medusa EFT list active quests, completed requirements, maximum distance, search and list filters in Quest Helper. These organize display; they do not themselves confirm that the game accepted an item.
Check selected quests against the current profile. Active-task filtering differs from manually searching an entire item category, and Quest Helper serves a different purpose from a loot-value filter.
Check the item before handing it in
Match the actual item against the task wording, not only its short ESP label. If found-in-raid status is explicitly required, check that condition. If it is absent, do not add it by analogy with another quest.
Then check quantity and the available task action. Owning an item and completing the relevant stage are separate checks. If hand-in is unavailable, reread the current stage; additional visualization does not replace the game’s progress rules.
Why a relevant marker may disappear
Medusa’s quest helper lists hiding while scoped or in combat mode and a distance limit. A missing marker may therefore concern display settings rather than a missing quest or an item no longer being needed.
Check the active profile, selected tasks and toggles. Preserve the original configuration and change one condition at a time. If behavior differs from instructions, report the task, object type and settings to support.
Choose features for quest-related use
In the Escape from Tarkov catalog, compare Quest Helper, item search and independent filters. Loot in a product description does not automatically imply quest assistance.
Use the current game journal for objectives and product documentation for display settings. This separates a misunderstood task from a visualization issue. The cover is thematic artwork, not a required-item list for a specific quest.
