UBGG Temp Setup and Usage Guide

Step 1. BIOS setup

Virtualization — must be enabled

Usually called VT-x / SVM, located in CPU settings

How to check?

1 - Press Win + R

2 - Type taskmgr

3 - Go to the Performance tab

4 - Click on CPU

Bottom left, “Virtualization” should show Enabled

Step 2. Disable Hyper-V

1 - Press Win + R

2 - Type optionalfeatures

3 - Find Hyper-V and disable it

You will be prompted to reboot — restart your PC.

There must be no third-party antiviruses or anti-cheats on the system.

When launching the spoofer, it is recommended to disable all VPNs, as on some systems this may cause a BSOD (Blue Screen of Death).

You need to install Visual C++ Redistributable:

Please make sure that all anti-cheat programs such as “Vanguard, Faceit” and others are disabled on your PC, or preferably uninstalled.

Exit any games that use stronger anti-cheats than VAC.

How to check?

1 - Press Win + R

2 - Enter commands:

sc query vgc — for Vanguard anti-cheat

sc query faceit — for Faceit anti-cheat

If STATE: Running — it is active.

You can try stopping them via CMD:

sc stop vgc

sc stop faceit

This does not always work, and a PC reboot will still be required.

How to stop them completely?

Riot Vanguard:

Fully disables only after reboot

• In the system tray (bottom right), right-click the Vanguard icon
• Click Exit Vanguard
• Reboot your PC

FACEIT Anti-Cheat:

• Close the FACEIT client
• Open Task Manager (Win + R → taskmgr) → end all faceit processes
• In Services → stop FACEITService
• Reboot your PC

You need to disable antivirus using Defender Control. If you disable it manually, it will turn back on after reboot, and the spoofer may not work correctly.

Steps:

1. Press Win + I → Update & Security → Windows Security
2. Disable everything under “Virus & Threat Protection”
3. Open dControl (downloaded earlier)
4. Disable antivirus as shown in the screenshot

IMPORTANT: Close all anti-cheats, games, and antiviruses.

If you were previously banned, use the Cleaner (see instructions below).

Launch the “Loader”, register an account (required), and enter your key.

After launching, you will see the window shown in the screenshot.

If you have never used this spoofer on your Windows before, you must click “Setup PC”.

After rebooting, launch the spoofer again, click Load, and once it reaches 100%, you will receive a notification that the spoofer has loaded successfully. You can then close the loader and start the game.

The spoofer works until you restart your PC — after reboot, you must repeat the process.

Main tab features:

Hypervisor mode — safer mode; requires a PC reboot.

SMBIOS fixer — fixes SMBIOS-related issues.

Always random seed — constantly changes HWID (not recommended).

What is Seed?

It is a unique identifier for serial numbers. It is recommended to create one seed and use it until you get banned. Using multiple different seeds may look suspicious to anti-cheat systems.

There is also a Cleaner tab.

You can click “Start cleaning” to remove traces after a ban. Avoid frequent use if you are not banned, as this may be suspicious.

HWID Checker — allows you to check your serial numbers.

Account — contains your account information; you can reset HWID binding.

Settings — useful for troubleshooting: enable virtualization, disable antivirus, change language, customize loader appearance, and more.

Insufficient testing is a problem we constantly encounter. That’s why we decided to dedicate an entire page to testing, to help you properly test our products without using third-party software.

Follow the steps from point 4.

1. DO NOT use cheats. If you do, the tests will be useless. This applies to any third-party software such as skins, recoil scripts, aim assist, or anything that can modify the game or give a competitive advantage. No matter how much they advertise their product as UD, we are testing the spoofer itself, not your external software.
2. Create a new account and launch the game.
3. Join a server / game (IMPORTANT). Simply entering the main menu is not enough to assume everything is working.
4. Play (or stay in-game) for at least 120 minutes.
5. If you do not get banned, it means the spoofer is safe to use.
6. If you get banned while the spoofer is marked as undetected, please format your system (REINSTALL WINDOWS) and repeat the process. Your system may have a permanent detection (trace) caused by previously used software (such as cheats and/or spoofers).

General information

Avoid using the cleaner every time you use the spoofer. This may look suspicious to the anti-cheat.

Try to keep the same seed while spoofing and using the same account so your serial numbers appear as legitimate as possible and avoid unnecessary bans.

Repeat the spoofing process after rebooting your PC if you plan to continue playing. The spoofer is temporary, and your original serial numbers will be restored.

Close the spoofer before launching any game.

WARNING: DO NOT put your PC into sleep mode while the spoofer is active. In this case, a reboot and re-spoof will be required.

Here is how to properly fix and debug your temporary BSOD.

FIX / DEBUG TEMPORARY BSOD

• Update all drivers (INCLUDING GPU DRIVERS).
• Make sure TPM is disabled.
• Disable Fast Boot (in BIOS).
• Remove ALL VPN clients.

After that, run Command Prompt as Administrator and execute:

Reboot your device, then try spoofing again. If this does not work, a clean Windows reinstall via USB with all partitions deleted will be required. After reinstalling, repeat steps 1–4 above and try again. If the issue persists, we will need your DMP file to send to the developer for further fixes.

HOW TO FIND AND SEND A DMP FILE

Step 1: Check the default Minidump location

• Open File Explorer (Win + E)
• Go to: C:\Windows\Minidump
• Look for files ending in .dmp

If you don’t see the Minidump folder, your system may not be configured to save dump files.

Step 2: Check dump file settings

• Open Run (Win + R), type sysdm.cpl, press Enter
• Go to the “Advanced” tab
• Under “Startup and Recovery”, click “Settings”
• Under “Write debugging information”, select:
• “Automatic memory dump” OR
• “Small memory dump (256 KB)”
• Ensure the dump path is:

• Click OK → Apply → restart your PC

Step 3: Enable hidden files (if needed)

• Open File Explorer
• Click View → Show → Hidden items
• Navigate again to: C:\Windows\Minidump

Create a support ticket and inform the team that you completed these steps with proof. Make sure to run Discord as Administrator so you can attach your DMP files.

Also, describe exactly when the BSOD occurs (e.g., during spoofing, at Fortnite launch, mid-game, etc.).

Additionally, send your Windows version (for example: WIN10 22H2).

Press Win + R, type winver, and share the result.

In this business, there is always a risk of bans—whether you like it or not, nothing is ever truly safe. Below is a list of the most common reasons.

Common causes:

• Forgot to click “Clean” after the last ban. Cleaning is necessary because it does more than just “clean files,” as the name might suggest. It also spoofs many HWID elements in user mode in addition to changing the HWID seed. You must change the seed between bans because HWID generation/randomization depends on it. If the seed doesn’t change, the HWID won’t change either. Your HWID remains static until then.
• “I just reinstalled Windows, so I don’t need to clean.” The same applies here as explained above. If you don’t clean, some elements will not be spoofed properly.
• Check all your HWIDs before and after spoofing using a support-approved HWID checker to ensure nothing is missing.
• Make sure you close the HWID spoofer before launching the game.
• Make sure you tested the HWID spoofer without using a real cheat. If you use a cheat, you contaminate the final result. For proper support, your test run must be done with only the spoofer active.
• Make sure your ban is permanent and not temporary. Temporary bans (1, 3, or 7 days) are related to Rust and are triggered by Cerberus, which can be reactivated by your playstyle. Log in and out of Steam to verify the ban message.
• Make sure you didn’t forget to run the spoofer before launching the game. Yes, it sounds obvious—but it happens. :)
• Previously used software (cheats and/or spoofers) may have corrupted your system or left persistent traces that we cannot clean or detect. You might think: “Everything was fine yesterday and I didn’t run any cheats since then,” but that’s not necessarily true. Traces of software or drivers can be detected at any time, and anti-cheat systems update silently—multiple times per week or even per day. Removing these traces is not always possible for us, since we cannot account for what other software has done to your system in the past. In such cases, your OS may be permanently flagged, and the only solution is to fully reinstall it using a USB drive. We recommend using a USB method, as it ensures a complete wipe, including bootloader/EFI traces.

If you are trying to access our spoofer and noticed that a text file with the message “you are banned” has been created, this is due to our anti-tampering protection system.

Upon receiving this message, you are presented with a list of prohibited tools when attempting to access our product.

Common causes include:
