Which cheats should you choose in Rust after the anti-cheat update, and how to bypass bans?

After the June update, Rust’s anti-cheat system was significantly strengthened, with a major focus on spoofers and bans. This article will explain which cheat to use, how to avoid getting banned, and how to bypass them.

As of June 2026, the following Rust cheats are considered leaders in terms of safety:

1st place — Stealth Lite, Stealth Full, Enigma — reliable and secure cheats from trusted developers; they have reportedly never been detected.

Enigma and Stealth Full include a safe Debug Camera, extensive ESP features, and a safe mouse-based Aimbot without memory writing or Silent Aim. They also include Misc features such as Flyhack, Time Changer, and others. They have automatic trace cleanup and an Unload feature — users only need to clear their browser history, and they can pass checks.

Stealth Lite includes a safe Debug Camera with a distance limitation, Bright Night, and player Chams — an ideal and supposedly safe setup for legitimate-style gameplay. The cheat does not use an overlay, making it one of the most performance-friendly cheats — FPS drops caused by the cheat are reportedly almost nonexistent. Like the versions above, it also includes automatic cleanup and Unload.

2nd place — Bleak and Enot Rust — also affordable, reliable cheats that are close to the first place in terms of safety and offer extensive functionality.

Bleak has a strong Aimbot with accurate bullet prediction and features such as Recoil, Spread, Minimize Recoil (safer version), Minimize Spread (a lower-risk Spread version), many Chams options for players, hands, and much more.

Enot is a cheaper and safer version of Bleak with limited functionality, designed for legitimate-style gameplay with player ESP — boxes, names, equipment display, player Chams, Recoil, Spread, FOV Changer, and visibility through Remove Layers. It is

suitable for users who do not need many features and only want basic player ESP and weapon modifiers.

3rd place — Xernel — a trusted developer that has released more than 4 products under its brand and gained audience trust with a working Rust spoofer.

A highly legitimate-style cheat with only detailed ESP and an Aimbot with recoil adjustment. There are reportedly no complaints about bans, although it costs slightly more than the cheats in second place.

After the June anti-cheat update, bans have improved significantly.

It is not recommended to use cheats with a “Use at own Risk” status or Internal products if you do not have a working spoofer.

It is not recommended to use features such as Recoil, Spread, and any other risk-related functions. Debug Camera has a similar alternative called Remove Layers (as of 23.06.2026, a safe Debug Camera is available in Stealth and Enigma).

It is not recommended to attract reports or hit headshots with Aimbot — use the closest bone instead.

If Windows version >26H1 requires enabling HVCI (Core Isolation), Secure Boot, and TPM, it is recommended to reinstall Windows to an older version or install a second Windows system for playing Rust with cheats — most cheats do not support the parameters mentioned above being enabled, and with TPM the ban risk will be increased.

On Rustopia and Facepunch servers, anti-cheat works more aggressively — it is not recommended to use dangerous functionality involving memory writing, such as Recoil and Debug Camera.

June anti-cheat update after, most spoofers have literally "died" — including permanent spoofers.

Currently, only a few working temporary spoofers remain on the Rust anti-cheat - EAC market:

№1 - Xernel Spoofer by Xernel | Does not require a PC reboot, has earned users' trust due to its stable performance. Supports more than 25 games, supports anti-cheats such as EAC/BE and weaker ones, has the fewest ban complaints.

№2 - Shield Spoofer by SMG Cheats | Does not require a PC reboot, works well for bypassing 3-day bans (with Windows reset). Supports EAC/BE.

№3 - Shaytan Spoofer by Mason Hacks | Does not require a PC reboot, has fewer users than the spoofers above, in most cases can bypass bans through a Windows reset. Requires a USB flash drive, supports EAC/BE and weaker anti-cheats.

How to bypass 3-day bans in Rust?

1 — Change your IP, if your IP is dynamic, it is best to reboot your router / use a good VPN, for example:

2 — Reinstall Windows and format all drives. If you need to transfer information — move the information to a second drive or partition, after installing the new Windows move this information back to the Windows drive that was previously formatted → format the drive where the information was stored, and move it back again if necessary.

3 — Buy an NFA account or any other account, then log into it after changing the IP address and using a spoofer.

4 — Go to the game folder, find the RustClient.exe file, and launch Rust from it for the first time. Then connect to any server without anti-cheat, for example:

F1 - connect play.fluent.gg or connect 157.85.92.32:23064

Play for 5 minutes, exit and close Rust.

Enter the game normally through Steam, with the anti-cheat enabled as usual, and play normally without getting banned. (It is recommended not to receive too many reports on the first day)

If you do not have a USB flash drive for installing Windows, here is a guide:

1 — Press Win+R → enter diskmgmt.msc

Right-click on the drive that has at least ±20–25 GB of free space.

Shrink Volume.

Enter 20000 in the amount of space to shrink, and click shrink.

We will see unallocated space, it will show something like "Unallocated" with a black bar. Right-click →

Create Simple Volume → Next, Next, Next. Wait until the volume is created.

(If you are not from Russia, you need to use a VPN and change the system region to the USA — Win+R → enter regedit, in the registry search bar enter:

Open Nation, click on it, and change the value to 244.)

3 — Open Media Creation Tool -> Download the ISO image to the required folder. Right-click on it -> Mount -> Move all files to the new volume we created. After that, we can restart the PC and boot from the created volume, then install the new Windows.
