If the warranty period for the product is exceeded

, If the EAC ban was received after the account was restored

If you bought a key and there are no accounts available (before buying, check the availability of accounts in the bot "Activate key" -> "Availability of accounts")

The replacement for the EAC is carried out if you wrote in the first 10 minutes after activating the key (and if you did not receive this lock)

A replacement for a community ban/EAC ban is provided if you applied within the first 10 minutes after activating the key, or (if you did not have time) provided that the ban date is not 0 days (attach the ban plate with the steam)

Support has the right to refuse you subsequent replacements in case of cheating attempts!

3 o'clock position - The account has a random number of hours | 3 hours Warranty.

Position "6 o'clock" - The account has 500+ hours | Warranty: 3 hours.

Position "12 hours" - The account has 1000+ hours | 1 day Warranty.

Position "1 day" - The account has an offline status | Offline for 15+ days | Warranty: 1 day.
